Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga


This is a very special class for women who are pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant, to help prepare you and your body for the amazing gift of motherhood. This is a time to nurture yourself and tap into your body’s wisdom and strength. We will focus on connecting with our babies through meditation, and preparing our bodies with yogic breathing and postures. We will work on releasing any fears and doubts around birth, and talk about conscious pregnancy and birthing. This is a beautiful community where you will be supported on your journey to motherhood.
